Amy Lusk Funeral Service

BROOKLYN- Amy Elizabeth Lusk, age 63, of Brooklyn, Michigan, passed away Friday morning, February 21, 2025, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Sylvania, Ohio.

Amy was born on October 17, 1961, in Adrian, Michigan, the daughter of Dr. Richard and Lillis (Wylie) Gilmartin.

Amy attended Adrian schools and participated in tennis and choir. She graduated from AHS with the Class of 1979 and went on to attend Siena Heights College. Amy worked as a nurses aide, florist and tennis coach and she found great satisfaction in helping others.

She will be remembered for her genuine kindness, especially through her church activities and volunteer work.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Donald Lusk of Brooklyn, Michigan, and her brother, James Gilmartin of Schaumburg, Illinois. Amy was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lillis Gilmartin, and her brother, Thomas Gilmartin.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at noon, at the First Presbyterian Church of Adrian, with Dr. Scott Elliott officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Adrian, Share the Warmth of Lenawee or the charity of your choice.
